How to delete your ZapFile account and the data associated with it
This page applies to the ZapFile app published on Google Play. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Email sandip@roostoo.com with the subject “Delete my ZapFile account”, sent from the email address your account is registered under. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply. Use this option if you can no longer sign in to the app.

| Files saved on your or your friends' devices | Not affected — files live on the devices themselves, never on our servers |
Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately (in-app) or within 30 days (email request). We do not retain any additional copies of your personal data after deletion; encrypted infrastructure-level backups expire automatically within 30 days.
